Returns

We aim to give as accurate photographs and descriptions of fabric and haberdashery as possible, please note that colours may differ slightly from how it appears on your screen due to varying monitor settings. If you have any questions about products please do get in touch we are always happy to help and advise. 

Upon receiving your order please check all items as soon as possible. We do not offer refunds on cut fabric, unless there is a fault with the fabric. Please contact us with photographs of the fault if possible by emailing hello@whatvickimade.com within 3 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number.  

Returns are accepted for Haberdashery or incorrect items within 14 days of receipt, please email hello@whatvickimade.com to arrange.
